Spring, Texas
The challenge with building CityPlace 2 in Spring, Texas, was to create a high-performing façade that increased energy efficiency to reduce operating costs and enhance occupant comfort. The building has a conventional looking shape from afar, but in certain areas, no two panels are the same – this required complex fabrication sheets and individual floor plans. Kawneer curtain wall systems were selected to provide superior thermal performance, deliver an elegant aesthetic and increase natural daylight.
